1. Assign a Precise Role
Don't just prompt AI. Cast it in the perfect role for your challenge.
**Power Move:** "Act as a CRO who specializes in enterprise SaaS sales with a background in consultative selling."
2. Declare Your Objective
State exactly what you're trying to accomplish, not just what you want AI to do.
**Power Move:** "Create three value propositions for CFOs skeptical about predictive analytics but needing better forecasting."
3. Provide Rich Context
AI thrives on specificity. Don't hold back on details, examples, constraints, or audience information.
**Power Move:** "Our target customers are mid-market manufacturers burned by past automation failures. Their pain points include..."
4. Define the Deliverable
Precisely specify what you need including format, length, sections, and structure.
**Power Move:** "Structure this as a 400-word executive summary with three sections: Challenge, Strategy, Timeline."
5. Shape the Voice

**Power Move:** "Voice should be authoritative yet accessible, like a trusted advisor who simplifies complex concepts."
6. Generate Strategic Variations
Don't settle for first output. Request multiple approaches to find the best direction.
**Power Move:** "Provide three approaches: one on risk reduction, another on competitive advantage, third on operational efficiency."
7. Edit Ruthlessly
Your editorial judgment makes the difference. Watch for generic language and phrases that don't sound like you.
